Adrien Agoado
Adrien Agoado, founder of Agoado & Associates, LLC brings 25 years of executive recruiting at Consumer Connection. She specializes in placing classically trained CPG brand marketers across a variety of industries, including Food, Health & Wellness, Better For You, Beverage and Technology. She has experience working across a range of Private-Equity backed companies, mid-size corporations as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Recruiting, Adrien spent several years at Coopers & Lybrand and Nordstrom.
Adrien is a graduate of University of Washington, where she majored in Business, with a concentration in accounting. She was born in Vancouver, Canada and grew up in Vancouver, Washington. In her free time, Adrien enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Jay, and spending time with their two rescue dogs, Billy and Cora. Their two daughters are in college—Alexis studying Chemical Engineering at Purdue and Alyssa studying Biochemistry at Chapman. Adrien is also always in search of the next great fitness program and elevating her golf game!

Sugey Marini Zimmer
Sugey is a seasoned CPG executive recruiter with experience working with both iconic and entrepreneurial companies. Before collaborating with Agoado & Associates, Sugey spent close to nine years at Lack & Daily Executive Search firm focused on CPG Brand Marketing recruiting. Her expertise spans Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, OTC, Consumer Durables, Household Products, Sports, and Tech industries.
Prior to Recruiting, Sugey spent several years developing her Marketing career with various clients, including Danone, Merck, and Palm Bay International.
Sugey is a graduate of Skidmore College, where she majored in English and studied abroad in London. Sugey was born in the Dominican Republic, grew up in NYC, and resides in Westport, CT, with her husband Eli and two children, Josh and Lanna. In her free time, Sugey enjoys traveling the world and chooses her destinations based on local cuisines.
Brandy Barlow
Brandy Barlow is a seasoned full-cycle CPG recruiter, bringing over nine years of experience working with clients ranging from private equity backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to her collaboration with Agoado & Associates, she partnered with Consumer Connection, Inc. placing top marketing talent within Food & Beverage, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Household Goods, Tech and eCommerce companies.
Brandy is a Western Washington University graduate with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. She is PNW born and raised, having spent most of her life in and around the Seattle area. In her free time, she is working on DIY projects, hiking, camping, and exploring with her husband, son and two doting dogs, Turbo & Sadie.
